This is a very attractive group; fits well, as well as the air holes. BUT one side of the connection keeps coming out of my Fitbit. I lost my last Fitbit because the group disconnected and fell off somewhere. This does the same. That's serious, because Fitbits aren't cheap! Very disappointed as it looks good. UPDATE - After I left the original comments, the company contacted me. They suggested changing the group. I said just in case the fact that this one didn't work was an accident, I didn't want the other one to come loose as well. They assured me that not all bands do that. So I asked them to replace it, got the band a few days ago and used it and it didn't come off. And this is one of the most attractive Ion bands that Revain offers. Your customer service was excellent.
