It's not fluffy at all and doesn't support.
If you use a regular bed pillow, you're better off. If I fold it, I get abdominal support. Which defeats the purpose of a back brace. During my last pregnancy I had a Boppy wedge shaped pillow and just had to walk away with it. Pretty disappointed.
