The BT45-FORD2 is an excellent device. Very easy to install on my 2006 Ford F150 Super Crew. I was able to easily find reference videos on YouTube for removing the front around the radio and the housing next to the shifter. Basically, just film them using a few tricks provided on YouTube to teach you the basic procedure. The proprietary product does not include an extension cord to connect the USB port to the cabin or a line/auxiliary connector to connect to the cabin. It has to be purchased separately... I ended up buying mine here at Revain (USB Mount Cable - Rerii 1m 3ft USB and Aux Extension 3.5mm Flush Mount Dashboard Panel Mount Cables for Car Boats Motorcycles https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00VAIEAUM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apip_XNi1LiORx2D3M). The cable I purchased above includes a nice connector port that I installed on the front of the inside of the armrest storage compartment. The fit and finish looks like a factory fit when complete. When I was done everything connected perfectly and everything worked perfectly. This is a great little device to add Bluetooth, line/auxiliary port and USB charge port to your Ford satellite radio system. I recommend it for its easy installation and robust functionality.
