I have a drawer full of graters, a million micro plane types and regular ones. I prefer simple old school graters like these, they just work better in my opinion and they clean easier. These are nice and sturdy, I was worried they would bend at the handle but they don’t at all, they are very solid feeling. They are very well made and grate nicely even on very hard Romano cheese, they don’t buckle when you press hard. I love the lemon yellow color. The handles are very comfortable and ergonomic so they won’t slip out of your hand. I’m very happy with this set, highly recommend these.
