Immediately after switching on, the default backlight mode is activated: slowly shimmer with all the colors of the rainbow. Personally, this flickering annoys me, I'm a simple person and I just want static lighting. It turns out that for any other backlight modes, the keyboard must constantly keep in touch with the program on the PC, which controls the backlight. The keyboard does not know how to memorize the backlight mode. If the control program is closed, the keyboard returns to the default mode. And the PC software (Synapse) is just disgusting. The program for switching colors weighs 300, Carl, megabytes! After the installation, 3 services are launched, which are not clear what they are doing. As a programmer, this makes me sad. In addition, Synapse constantly offers to install more additional modules and monitors automatic ates. Instead of littering the RAM with this pile of junk, I opened the keyboard and soldered RGB LEDs to the power lines so that the keyboard glowed white all the time.
