We bought two of these and are very happy with them. We have a new rabbit and we wanted him to have a place to play and a place to run. These pens are not made for rabbits, they can jump out very easily. They are designed for large rodents such as guinea pigs. So we used zip ties to "stack" one piece of handle on top of the other and used that for a box in the corner of our living room. The result was a very nice area about 3 feet by 6 feet. She runs and plays there and even jumps around and is very happy. This is a great way to keep an eye on her and keep her from going behind the couch or TV area where there are dangerous cords for her to chew through. Rabbits need quite a bit of space to move around and I wanted to make sure she had that space and also that she was safe when running around. I don't want her to be crushed in a chair or electrocuted for chewing through a wire, and she's so small and at such a young age that she can fit in almost every nook and cranny and not know that it is impossible to chew. I definitely recommend these pens, they are not expensive and are suitable for almost any animal. Ordering two cages and zipping them together is still cheaper in the long run than buying a larger cage of the same length.
