Their support team is extremely helpful and they have great documentation for every module. It’s very easy to use their system for creating apps. Most modules are free but some require a small payment. I don't think it's worth paying for them if you are just using a minor portion of their modules. We used the API builder module to build an application that helps people schedule appointments at local gyms. We used Journeys for our android application where we needed multiple screens that could be customized at runtime using java script. I am not sure if this is something they support but it was very easy to implement and use their services. They were extremely helpful in getting started quickly without having much knowledge about coding or programming languages like Java, C++ etc. There weren't any issues when implementing them into my project.
