We bought two packs early and use them in heavy rain to protect our townhouse patio in heavy rain when HOA's drainage system fails. In other words, it is the drain that inundates us. The product was defective the first time. I am attaching the picture for reference. We can't return because the return window closed about two months ago - because we always buy them BEFORE we need them so we have them when we need them. A product that fails even once is a problem. I will try to find a new product or seller. It is very unfortunate that this happened.
