HoRiMe: Poor Customer Service and Disappointing Quality

I need excellent customer service and high-quality products from internet retailers as a seasoned consumer. HoRiMe, sadly, falls short of these aspirations. Despite having a huge product range, the quality is far from satisfactory. Many of the phone cases and screen protectors I bought from HoRiMe cracked or wore out after only a few weeks of use. They obviously place more emphasis on quantity than quality, which is unacceptable given the price they charge. Their customer support is even more annoying. Every time I've contacted them with questions about the caliber of their offerings, I've received condescending and unhelpful responses. They don't appear to be concerned with customer satisfaction or fixing product problems. Their return process is a pain, and their shipment is sluggish, adding insult to injury. Dealing with them is not worth the time or effort, especially because there are other online retailers that provide superior products and customer support. Overall, I can't suggest anyone use HoRiMe. They are a waste of time and money due to their dismal quality and subpar customer service. I demand more from online retailers as an expert user, and HoRiMe falls short.
