I'm really angry. I gradually unwound the vinyl roll and started cutting and arranging it to fit my window. When I got about halfway down the roll of vinyl, there was a 2 inch cut down the middle of the sheet that was still on the roll. So, half of my window is done. And there's a scratch on the rest of the vinyl. In order to get a refund or a replacement, the company informed me that I had to send back the damaged vinyl. So all the work I did on the first half of the window was for nothing. Absolutely unacceptable.
