I like that it allows me to use my own images rather than having them taken from their server, which makes things easier for me personally! It also helps keep track of all of my emails with one single tool instead of several different ones. I do not have any dislikes about this product but can see how people may find some features helpful or unhelpful as they would be using it themselves. If you are looking for an easy way to update your business's brand then this is perfect because it saves time by doing so without needing anything more complicated than uploading files into folders. I'm able to upload new logos/images and set up customized headers that will go along with every message coming across. This has been very useful for our team over at work. There really isn't much else we need. We've had no problems since implementing this program last year. You could say that there aren't many complaints.
