Review on My Lead Catalyst by Enrique Espinoza

I like the ability to create a lead from scratch or import a list of leads. I can also set up different prospect profiles to use for different opportunities. I also like the ability to track and keep track of contacts that I am working with. I wish there was a way to create a more streamlined system that was user friendly. This is a great tool for any type of business. It is easy to use and track all of my contacts. I can also create new leads as well as update existing ones. I like how easy it is to use as well as their customer service team's responsiveness. It would be nice if they had more features such as Lead Nurturing Campaigns but that comes down to personal preference for what you want your tool to have versus having everything in one system! Using this platform has made our sales process so much easier by doing away with spreadsheets/pads of leads we used to track manually before using LeadeCatalyst.
