We were able to create custom email blasts for our events using their easy drag & drop system! Our team has been very responsive during each step of this process - always willing to help us customize or figure out how something works best so we can make it work in terms that are useful/important to ourselves as well as other stakeholders within my organization (i.e., event attendees). I would say they could be more transparent about what is included when you sign up versus having expectations at first glance through an online demo without knowing all details ahead of time. For example:- there's no way from looking though their site demos to know if your emails will look professional enough compared to others already being sent by competitors.- You don't get any insight into who else uses them vs. why someone chose another service instead? They do have some.
