Well, at first I couldn't get this treehouse tower to be stable. When I put it together it was completely wobbly as others have written in their reviews. I tried loading the base with something heavy like a reviewer suggested but to no avail. I was incredibly excited. I asked my husband to take a look and within 30 minutes he found it out. Here is the missing information that nobody seems to have written in their review. The platform of the top that comes last, the hole where you insert the rod is actually threaded. So to secure the whole tree in a stable and not wobbly manner without adding extra parts from the hardware store, you have to rotate the top of the platform to screw the whole tree down. You actually bolt on part of the platform and rotating it locks the other parts and the B-pillar in place. Keep turning until everything is tight and snaps into place. You don't need any extra parts, I promise. Now that it's fully assembled and stable, my cats LOVE it! I have 2 kittens, one of them weighs 20 kg. He likes to jump onto the top platform and look around his kingdom, peeking out from behind the branches. Be sure to get this for your cats! This is a great purchase, priced comparable to other scratching posts, but it actually resembles a tree, making it more appealing to both cat and owner.
