I wanted to use this to install 2-27 inch iMacs (23# each). This is one of the few dual mounts rated at 25lbs. Assembly was easy and I was impressed with the quality of the components. Jack, President of Eveo, emailed to help set it up any way he could before shipping the product. I was able to raise the arm springs and place the monitor where I wanted, only the screen didn't sag. No matter how hard I tightened the screw on the tilt, the vertical tilt wouldn't hold. And unlike some other models I've had, as you can see there's no set screw to lock the tilt. I emailed Jack. He emailed back with some suggestions but I tried them. He offered to refund or send a replacement. He said it sounded like I received the product with the wrong part. I have opted for a refund. When I asked for a return authorization Jack said: I could keep the product. I received my refund on the schedule promised by Jack. Over the next month I tried many ways to increase vertical pitch friction. I fixed the pitch after several passes of the cone wheel on the grinder and notching the edges. If the good devices had a different cone cleaner I would give it a higher rating. Conclusion: Excellent customer service Good quality components Did not meet 25# spec until cone washer was notched and machined
