Difficult to use and unreliable

The device came with minimal operating instructions and the online help was even less helpful. Finally, I was able to use it to connect my Samsung S9 phone to my Samsung TV. However, I once connected my Surface laptop to my TV and then it wouldn't connect even though I repeated the same process over and over again. This is a very bad disappointing experience that I would not recommend anyone try. Choose something STURDY with instructions to follow.
