Defective charger replaced under warranty - excellent service

The device is good, does what it promises but died after about 10 uses after purchase. Something inside has fallen apart. I previously posted a review about the original device failing fairly quickly. The company saw my review and offered to replace it under an 18 month warranty. Totally unexpected and excellent customer service. I wanted to give them a good rating and plan a long spare life.
