I use this timer almost EVERY day. Not only is it good for cooking, but I use it to "remember" a few things. When I start washing it tells me when to come back and the same goes for drying time. This is a good timer when you left something to cook in the kitchen and got distracted by something else. I use it when cleaning as it tells me when to stop and go to another room, make phone calls etc better. I also ordered and sent to my friend who also needed help with daily tasks.
