I've been using them for a few months and then one day one of them just came up and ctrl+alt+ deleted itself. Why? I do not know. But I contacted Hygger and they wanted a video, so I sent them a video and they replaced it for free. Apparently there were a number of lamps that might have been faulty, but the issue has since been fixed (according to them). Another flashlight I bought at the same time did the same after a couple of weeks. Hygger is known for their quality products so I was confused as to what happened but there could be flaws. I'm just glad they understood the whole situation. Also, the light itself has a timer feature so you don't have to turn it on at 5am if you don't want to. Just roughly press when the next light timer should turn on and you'll be fine. I really like them, they are light like they should be. The plants grow well here, unlike my old lanterns that came with tanks. Happy buyer, I recommend!
