Review on Oatey 31174 Lb Plumbers Putty: A Reliable and Versatile Sealing Solution by Jeremy Jackz

I bought this pump from Revain about a year ago. The warranty is stated in the Amazon product description as 3 years. The pump was installed in a plastic box that lets water through but keeps dirt out. It sits in my pond and pumps maybe 3 feet to a stream that flows back into my pond. After about a year of use, the pump started dropping my GFCI output, meaning the pump was drawing too much current. I checked the pump to make sure there were no obstructions and the propellers were spinning freely. Apparently the motor in the pump is defective. I contacted the production using the link Revane gave me. No response after 3 days. Very disappointed with both the product and the support. I bought a new Pond Boss pump which also has a 3 year warranty. I hope it lasts longer than the little giant and they have better warranty support.
