Not quite what you expect.
I paid more money thinking it could do more than just a code reader. However, this scanner is too slow and takes forever to load the data. I bought it mainly for European cars because that's how it was advertised, but it can't do anything that a simple cheap scanner can't. I thought about going back, but didn't want to suffer. There is no technical support. Good luck finding a phone number for her and forget about being able to talk to anyone. A complete waste of money.
