This box is perfect for my needs, no modifications are required to the trailer brake cables or brackets that hold the trailer emergency brake connector. This box fits like a glove, meets my needs. Now for the not so great things. If you need a lot of storage space, this box is not for you. In addition, the aid of a gas-loaded lever is required to open the drawer. But it stays in the top position after being pushed up. I don't like this surgery but I can live with it. The storage box is a little expensive, over $300. But it fit me perfectly which was the main reason for the purchase, didn't want to upgrade the trailer brake wiring to an emergency braking device.
