Easy and helpful recordkeeping with few drawbacks
The system for sending out transcripts was easy enough that I could do it myself, but also had all my information available so no one else needed access (this worked well because this way they didn't have to go through an employee!). It helped me keep track of who received what documents after each procedure/visit. Not much - honestly just something nice about being able to stay organized! Nothing really bad at first glance either. This program makes keeping records easier than before by giving us more tools for organization.

- Provides great feedback when filling in your forms if there's anything missing or mistakes made along process
