I bought an alarm to install in the bathroom so I can signal for help in the event of a fall. The call station(s) are suitable for this purpose and the siren/flash is certainly an appropriate signal to attract attention. However, I found a few concerns. First, the instruction manual is pretty poorly written. They tell you to press certain keys to set it up, pair it, etc. It uses words like "install," "put," etc. to get the device ready to go. But the devices are not marked with these words. In addition, there is no picture of the device in the user manual where the keys are marked. So I stuck to trial and error. Mostly mistakes. A diagram showing which button needs to be "set" and the purpose of the other buttons on the remote would be very helpful. Second, the only way to silence the alarm is to unplug the flash/siren or press the blank button on the remote control. A way to turn off the alarm at the traction station in case of accidental "pulling" would also be very helpful. Finally, there are two pull stations that can be used in different locations, but there's no way of knowing which pull station has been activated. I'm giving it three stars for the price, sound quality, and ease of installation.
