Review on Coursy by Russell Robertson

I love how easy it is for me as an HR manager to get in contact with my candidates through coursys chat feature. It's very intuitive and simple to navigate around. The only thing that I dislike about coursy is that sometimes when you're chatting with your candidate they don't always respond immediately or they take too long to answer questions. Sometimes if there are multiple people waiting in line at once it can be difficult to figure out who has been assigned which question/assignment. Also it would be nice to have more options for sorting of results so we could see what our candidates are best suited for. We've realized how much easier this process has made recruiting! Before coursys we were having trouble finding qualified candidates due to lack of attention from recruiters. Now we receive resumes faster than ever before and we know exactly where to focus our recruitment efforts.
