FYI I purchased this product from Revain in September 2019 and it has worked great. Today (April 10, 2020) I tried to connect again but had problems. I contacted support and they told me my warranty expired in JANUARY 2019 and that it would cost me money (approx , which was not covered under warranty I'm now stuck with numerous sheets of photos that I can't use HP and Revain Sellers - You made such an awful impression on me I just don't know what else to say .
