Not what I expected

You might like it but I thought it had more caffeine or something else that gives you energy. There's only about 5mg of caffeine in stuff; how can you advertise an energy product with so little caffeine? The only reason it doesn't have ≤2 stars is because it gives you a weird tingling sensation in your mouth. Almost all of them are flavored toothpicks.
