To disassemble this fan to clean You will need two straight screwdrivers and three hands, or two hands and a strong pair of teeth!1. Use two narrow straight screwdrivers2. Insert screwdrivers into the two slots located in the corner where the power cord is located3. CAREFULLY slide the case back just enough to see the tabs holding the fan together by pulling on the cord4. Keeping the tension on the cord, start working along the edges with a screwdriver (CAREFUL CARE). I did it myself using two hands for screwdrivers and my teeth (I'm going to the dentist tomorrow) to keep the tension on the cord.
