Size runs small, I would suggest buying a size up. The pads don't really cover your butt, it honestly looks like the pads you would pull out of a bathing suit top. I have been debating purchasing again and buying a size up to try again because I really like the idea of it but I don't want to spend the money again if it doesn't work.

- I donβt use the padding. Iβm old. However, they are very comfortable under dress slacks.
