Vaccination Card Holder 4.25 x 3.55 inch Vaccination Card Protective Film Clear Vinyl Plastic Case with Waterproof Zipper (3/5/10 pcs) (5 pcs) Clear card holder securely packed in a resealable plastic bag, white Back and transparent on the front. The certificate holder itself is made of 100% transparent plastic and the design reminds me of an ID card holder. It even has a small oval lanyard dot, so I'm assuming the theory that this certificate holder has multiple uses. The holder was big enough for my vaccination card, with some extra space for loading. I was told that there are several card sizes so you can check if your card will fold by measuring before you buy. When I put my card in, the plastic becomes completely transparent and you can easily read the card without removing it from the holder. Since the clear plastic is quite heavy, it seems to me that this holder is doing what it was designed to do, hold the card and protect it from dirt and wear and tear.
