I like that you can put different people into different roles and customize it so that everyone sees what they would see if they were in that position. It can be difficult to get used to at first but once you do it's very helpful. You can also use this to train your current staff or even new hires on how to use the software. This allows you to have a safe environment to train them without putting yourself at risk.
