Don't get me wrong - I've used a lot of SanDisk products. In fact, SanDisk is my favorite SD card to use in my cameras. But this product just doesn't live up to SanDisk's standards. I bought the 128GB version of this flash drive in May 2018. I've been using it for two months and I have to agree with many other bad reviews: 1. With normal use, the drive gets very hot. I didn't burn myself from this disc, but I dropped it because it was too hot to hold at least once. 2. My drive has slowed to a speed slightly above what I would expect from a USB 2 drive and well below what I would expect from a USB 3.3 drive. This drive will not work with some USB3 hubs. I have a hub that recognizes every other USB3 flash drive I've tried, but this drive isn't recognized when I plug it into the hub. When I get on all fours and crawl behind the computer to connect the drive directly to one of the computer's USB3 ports, the drive is recognized and works fine (except for overheating and speed issues). But it's impossible to connect it to the hub and get it working. I've read online of others voicing the same issue. In my opinion, SanDisk should recall all of these drives and replace them with working USB3 drives.
