My roof is metal so there is no signal but put your phone in the window. I have 5G I spent 2 hours installing it at my home. Looked like an old baboon dangling from a ladder trying to get a signal Nothing Spent another hour and a half removing it Took it to the men's barn on the hill where I can literally see the telephone tower Installed it AGAIN Nothing, I don't know if I have a faulty one or it's just bs. I will move this rating down if I get a refund or send a working product, hopefully the first,
