Good 2-in-1 Strap in my review

I like that this has both wrist support as well as a strap. The grip is very strong and I've been using them for a couple months and the grip has not come off or tore at all. The wrist support is good and has metal pieces along the sides to help stabilize your wrist. The only downside I notice is if these are used for deadlifting the metal "boning" can dig into your thumb joints if not positioned perfectly so I tend to use traditional wrist straps instead. Otherwise, nice strap.
