Comes very stylishly with an easy to clean white body that perfectly suits our modern decor. We have an open kitchen, so when cooking in the kitchen, smells (good or bad) are spread throughout the house. After cooking, we switched the device on for the first time and surprisingly within 15 minutes the remaining odors in the entire kitchen were neutralized. with a light clean aroma reminiscent of a tropical forest. When the unit is on, you can see a bluish-white glow of the UV sterilization light through the front of the case and hear a very weak background fan circulating around the room. It looks like the device has a carbon fan that can be removed for cleaning. Our overall impression is that this device does what it says on the tin and we are very happy with the results obtained from the device. It would be nice if there was a built-in incremental timer or a spring-loaded 60-minute timer so you could turn the device off after a certain set time, rather than running continuously until it's manually turned off.
