Good heater, suitable for heating, cooling and air quality

This is a good heater. It heats up quickly. The plastic protector saved me from burning my toes. The cords appear to be braided nylon rather than the usual plastic or rubber. The instructions are all in Japanese, but there are pictures and it's easy to figure out.
