The quality depends entirely on the color you get. White/Grey is 100% cotton, so they'll shrink by about half even with the coldest wash. Maroon/Dark Gray is a softer polyester hybrid. Remains soft and does not shrink. I have about 6 of these shirts, just wish they were more uniform.
