I used this chart for pre and post knee revision exercises prescribed by my physical therapist. I would give it 6 stars if I could as the whole family is using it now. The table is lightweight and easy to assemble and disassemble. We store it under the bed when not in use. I purchased the headrest that comes with this table and it is very easy to attach and remove from the table. It is great for training tenderness in a sore muscle or for a gentle general massage.
