I like the fact that they have a great team of people that work very well together. They understand the building and its current needs. They give you options and help you decide what is best for you and your business. They keep you informed. I don't like that they charge you for what you've already done. It's a little pricey for something you've already done. The services are definitely worth it! They are helping me to save on my energy costs and we have seen a reduction in our monthly energy bills. They have helped us save on our monthly energy bills.
