I have yet to be given any false positives or negatives with their service. Their customer support has been very responsive. It's difficult when there are so many other providers in our marketplace offering a better price. The fact that my plans are all on one platform makes it easy for me to keep track of them. We don't have much to say about how great their customer service is. It seems like it would be an issue, but we've never had any questions. Our customers love how easy it is to use.
