I have had back surgery, multiple procedures and my skin is very dry. This is great for sore, aching muscles and dry skin when added to a hot bath. It has a pleasant smell, and Epsom salt helps reduce inflammation and pain. Sometimes I'll take a regular bag of pure salt and add about half of Epsom salt to stretch the bag a bit. It simply softens the skin at full strength. Food for thought: Light some candles, turn on Do Not Disturb on your phone for half an hour, download a meditation app (I use breethe, which even has a bathtime meditation!) and treat yourself self care. ! You will not regret it.
