Review on SKIDEE by Daniel Pesicek

After making a purchase from the SKIDEE online store not too long ago, I was dissatisfied with both the degree of service I received and the quality of the product that I received. My questions were not answered in a timely fashion, and the customer service team was not helpful in answering them. As a result, I was left with the impression that my status as a customer was devalued. It took forever for my order to appear, and when it did, the skateboard I had purchased was dented and scratched, indicating that there was insufficient quality control during the manufacturing process. I was eager to learn more about SKIDEE's products and services as a visitor from another country; however, my interactions with the company have left me feeling dissatisfied and reluctant to do business with them again. I strongly encourage SKIDEE to address the issues that have been brought to their attention regarding the quality of their products and their customer support in order to enhance the overall experience that their customers have. Up until that point, I am unable to recommend this business to anyone else who is looking to purchase sporting goods or outdoor gear.
