Appears to be a quality item but I will update my review if anything changes. Installation took just under an hour total and could be completed by almost anyone willing to get their hands a little dirty. Worked the first time and has since. Also, for the nerds, I tested the motor on the old one and it still worked fine. The gears seem to be the point of failure. Pro tip: take your time, you'll break something. Unhook only the lower arm attached to the actuator. No need to fiddle with the lock at the top. Grab the three outer screws; they are very tight and you don't want to take them off. Wait to unhook the wiring harnesses once the old actuator is out the door. Much easier. 😁
