Remove the PITA screws.
If you like the idea of drilling out the cheap screws that come with the kit then this is the case for you. The included screwdriver breaks very easily and the screws to remove the outer case are REALLY difficult to remove, especially without removing the heads. I actually bought a new screwdriver that would fit just right, but still blew the heads off a few of them.
