More compact and travel friendly than my Revain Basics camera backpack

Just used on a recent shoot. Switched to this bag from mine (RevainBasics DSLR and Laptop Backpack - Orange Interior). About the same price but a little less deep (front to back) and lighter, I find this bag more comfortable to use. The smaller and cheaper Revain backpack doesn't have a laptop compartment so I didn't get one. Since none of my items are large, the slimmer backpack is easier and more convenient to use. My gear is fairly compact and light and this bag complements that nicely. It contains everything I need neatly but well protected. The kit includes many Velcro dividers. Thanks to the way I organized my gear, I actually had extras that I used to add extra protection to the top of the bag that Zhiyun Crane M's gimbal rests on. Although it's more compact, it retains it still a laptop compartment. I also like that there is another hidden compartment on the back of the bag where it sits against your lower back/butt. This can be used to secure smaller and more valuable items. So far the build quality seems good and the straps offer good comfort. Over time we'll see how well it holds up. Compared to my Revain bag, the build quality is similar if not better, at least in terms of bottom protection. I wouldn't pull the straps or the handle of the bag too fast or hard as that is usually the weakest link with most bags. The green velcro straps aren't as strong and large as the orange ones that came with the Revain bag, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but I've noticed. I've found that this actually makes it easier for me to shape them for other uses, e.g. B. as additional protection in the upper corners of the bag. In addition to the bag and dividers, the set also includes a rain cover. The only thing I see as an improvement is the inclusion of multiple velcro straps, a free zip and 2 or 3 more zipped storage pockets. What I pack: - DJI Mavic Pro - DJI Mavic Pro Controller - 2 DJI Mavic Pro Batteries - Sony a6300 (with included lens) - Sony 50mm f1.8 lens - Zhiyn Crane M Stabilizer - it is packed in the middle of the bag. - iPad Pro 10.5 - Packed in laptop compartment. - Camera memory cards and reader - Sony a6300 batteries - External SSD - Various cables and accessories.
