SchMA provides very good customer experience
The support from schma is great, they are always willing to help even if you're not paying for their service! They have excellent documentation that can be found online or in print format - I highly recommend them as an option when your looking at other providers of software solutions (both cloud-based & local).
As with any solution there will come time where things become outdated so it's important we keep up our knowledge base but also ensure new people coming into contact know how/when updates take place etc. It would really benefit us all knowing this information was easily accessible within one central location which could then provide benefits across many areas such as sales training / marketing material creation.
Pros
- A great way of accessing current/future documentation and keeping up to date with changes / new additions to programs
Cons
- Sometimes older versions of documents aren't easy to find, I believe this is more to do with our ability to do searches efficiently than anything else
