Absolutely not the seller's fault, I received this not knowing that I don't have a compatible model that would match this product. I went to the site and the incompatibility was listed. If it *really* worked I would assume it would be a good product, but it's kind of cool because they're just two separate sheets of what appears to be a rather brittle piece of plastic. I confess that I felt a bit silly afterwards. When I found out I had received an incompatible product for the device I pushed the top plastic piece and it broke in my hand lol. As for durability, look elsewhere; Calling it a "hard case" is very generous. It's just two clear plastic sheets that fit over your Chromebook, nothing more, nothing less. Considering the price, it's not worth it at all, even *if* it worked for me.
