This monitor has many features, but it's far from perfect. I have a 27 inch Asus PG278q monitor with a resolution of 3820 x 2160 60Hz, I've been listening to conversations on YouTube that keep talking about HDR, 144Hz and higher and I felt like I was Something is missing from my monitor and my streaming content. This monitor proved them all wrong. Unpacking and installation was very easy. The monitor has clean lines and a quality feel and finish, an overall 9 out of 10 for me. Nvidia GTX 1080TI card. I have 3 display ports on my graphics card. So I ran them simultaneously for testing to be able to compare the 2nd FI27Q HDR on desktop, the display was good, colors are clear and vivid, details are sharp, but there was a weird text issue where there were character edges very bright. Some Xbox Game games loaded without any problems, but then the mouse behaved like it was still seeing the resolution of the old monitor, not the new one (note: using HDR in games requires setting t to 120 Hz, not 144 or 165). . I logged into Win10, made sure my settings are correct, rebooted and everything seemed to fix itself. I almost never watch TV again (we have a 1GB internet connection) as I stream all content on my PC, Revain, Netflix, Hulu, Disney and a few others. HDR streaming is pointless, almost none of the services get anything beyond HD 1080p, regardless of what content is recorded in 4K. Most PCs and laptops today don't even have BluRay players, but my external drive delivered much better picture quality. Overall this monitor was decent but don't expect a huge difference. It's not the same as the difference between 720p and 1080p or between 1080p and 1440p on TVs. In general, the difference between OLED and plasma is about half. When I asked my wife to check, she put her glasses on and said she didn't see any real difference between them.
