Review on Dataminr by Julio Montano

I like that it is very easy to use because you can set up your account in less than 5 minutes! It also has an excellent dashboard where we are able to see what's happening at any given time around us so if there were issues with customers or staff members they could be seen almost immediately as well. The only thing i dislike about this software is how expensive it seems compared to other free alternatives out there but since its such good quality of service then thats not really much of a problem. We have been using datamini r for over 2 years now and haven't had many problems apart from maybe once every couple months when something happens which causes some downtime however nothing too serious.
