Review on empaction E-mail Module by Jay Lee

I like that it is easy to set up campaigns for any type of business or organization you are in. It can be used by anyone who has an e-mail address! The only thing I dislike about this product is how long it takes to see results from your efforts. You have to wait at least 3 days before seeing if someone opened your message/e-mails. This makes me hesitant when sending out mass emails because they may not get read until after their next scheduled event date. We use EmpAction as our primary way to send newsletters via mail merge into our CRM system so we don't need to manually enter each subscriber's information every time one comes through.
